Clean the condensor coil
Clean out the drain line
Clean out any debris inside the condensor
Inspect the plenum
Open up the air handler
Inspect the wiring
Test the heat kit
Check the amp draw to the blower motor
Test the blower motor capacitor
Inspect the evaporator coil
Test the float switch
Inspect the thermostat
